Updates on unexpected interruptions or outages will be posted below. Note that STARS and 麻豆社P are offline for maintenance every night from midnight to 3:00 a.m, and some Sundays between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Other systems may be offline between 9:00 p.m. Friday and 6:00 a.m. Saturday for scheduled server maintenance. Routine maintenance outside of these windows are posted to our and feeds.

Disruption Update - Information on Recent Group Server Issue That Impacted File Access and Network Scanning (9:52am)
We are aware that there had been a recent issue with the Group Servers (鈥淪: drive鈥) that had impacted some users. As of 9:45 am today (June 26) we believe this issue to be resolved.
Previously, users may have encountered delays when scanning documents to the network or been unable to access or modify files that they previously had access to.
If you are continuing to experience issues, please first restart your computer. If the issues persist after a reboot, please call the uTech Support Center at (309) 298-8324.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Technicians indicate that analog phone systems (Norstar/Meridian) should now be working. Users with these phones are requested to please test that outgoing and incoming calls are functioning.
